ERC Consolidator Grants är forskningsmedel som delas ut av EU-forskningsfinansiären Europeiska forskningsrådet, ERC.Totalt delades 655 miljoner euro ut till 327 forskare i årets utlysning. Förutom Consolidator Grants delar de bland annat ut Starting Grants och Advanced Grants.

Totalt 327 europeiska toppforskare i 23 länder får dela på de 655 miljoner euro som delas ut inom ERC Consolidator Grants 2020. Bidragen är en del av forsknings- och innovationsprogrammet Horizon 2020 och delas ut inom tre områden: livsvetenskap, fysik och teknik samt samhällsvetenskap och humaniora.

The ERC Consolidator Grant is a grant scheme targeted at successful researchers for consolidating their research group and establishing an impactful career in Europe.. Consolidator Grants are available to distinguished researchers who have conducted research for 7 to 12 years after their doctoral graduation. A computational platform is established connecting discrete particle models with continuum models. Discrete particle models allow predicting the electrode mesostructure as function of the fabrication parameters, whereas continuum models allow predicting the performance at the cell level as function of the electrode mesostructure.
